"I purchased a 2009 Jaguar XF Supercharged from J Star Motors the first week of October. The car was beautiful with 20" chrome wheels so the salesman Jake didn't need to do too much convincing. There was absolutely no haggling and negotiating with Jake was fantastic, smooth and easy. After signing the deal and driving off the lot, I noticed my AM radio was completely silent. I called J Star/Jake and let him know, he said to bring it in and they would take a look. Even though I signed an 'as-is' contract, they still took back the car and attempted to repair it. After a couple days of not being able to make the repair, they gave the car to Anaheim Jaguar. A few days later, I got my car back with the AM radio working great. I asked Anaheim Jaguar how much the bill was and they informed me it was over $1,000 and gave me a copy of the work order to prove it. I was shocked how J Star didn't even hesitate to take care of it and how wonderful they were. This is truly an A+ business with incredible ethics and awesome service. I highly, highly recommend them. "My Fiance and I purchased a 2007 Damon RV from JStar motors. We saw it on their ebay auction and it was exactly what we were looking for: a class A RV with a garage for the motorcycles in the back. We live in Texas and were somewhat concerned about buying something we had never seen in person. I contacted Jake at JStar and let him know that my fiance was coincidentally going to be in town on business and that she wanted to look at the RV. He was great. He and Matt showed her everything about it. It was exactly as advertised and there were no surprises. Ironically, when she arrived she noticed autographed motorcycle gear and bikes in the showroom from many racers we folllow. As it turns out, they also sponsor a Supercross team, something we love to watch. She could tell they were a great group of guys that loved the same things we did. She called me and told me she loved the RV and that it was in very good condition as advertised. After a little negotiating, it was a done deal. Since she was in the middle if a business trip, they even agreed to hold the vehicle with a deposit and get started on the paperwork. The following weekend, I flew out and Jake even picked me up at the airport. Thats what I call personal service. He is a great guy to deal with along with the other guys I met in the shop. They even detailed the RV and filled it up with gas so I would be ready to hit the road for the long drive back to Texas. Also, since he knew we were fans of the racing community,he gave us a few shirts from their race team. Moreover, Jake even called and texted me on my trip back to Texas, just to make sure I was O.K. and everything was good with the RV. Overall this was an extremely pleasant and professional business transaction. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone. "JStar motors is awesome! I was looking for a manual transmission muscle car for months! I couldn't find a dealer I trusted or the car for a reasonable price...until I saw JStar's post! They had the car I wanted at a great price! I called and asked questions, because I live over an hour from there, and wanted to buy the car at the advertised price as long as it was in great condition (1 owner, new tires, etc.) Jake answered all my questions and was friendly and down to earth. After he described the car, I committed to buying it sight unseen! I was then running late, so I called and did all the financing over the phone with Adam so it would be ready when I got there. When I arrived, I loved the store! They have totally cool cars and bikes there! They are a great bunch of people who are laid back and offer great customer service. The car was exactly as described by Jake over the phone and even greater than I expected!! I got a great rate through their bank and was in and out of there in probably less than an hour which was perfect. (Adam did a great job with the financing and got me a rate and a term that was perfect!) They even gave me a cool t-shirt!! I could not be happier with the car or with the experience. I was leery of all of the other places I visited prior to finding J Star (which is why it was taking so long for me to buy a car.) The employees at the dealerships were either "cheesy" or the deals were clearly shady. NOT JStar. JStar is not at all like a dealership, rather, it is a regular store. They are an honest, straight-forward group of people who are clearly focused on getting people cars, motorcycles, or wheels they will love at a price that is fair and right. "In January after I seriously began researching Used Cars, I found that the two (2004 LR Discovery II, 2003 Mercedes G-500) I was most interested in were not that easy to locate, and additionally I wanted a one-owner car -- I missed a 2004 Discovery (last yr made), also missed 2005 Mercedes G-500 (these cars seemed to retain their value and had strong resale prices) which I really couldn't afford -- and then one night late I saw 2003 MB G-500, one owner, good mileage, beautifully maintained. I called and Jake returned my call, after answering all my questions --the next day I drove from Santa Monica to Anaheim in Enterprise rental -- this 2003 MB G-500 was exactly as Jake had represented --a 2003 that looked almost brand new inside and outside. When I decided to buy the car, I didn't want to have to drive to Anaheim twice -- Jake drove me to the nearby Citibank to get check, to Enterprise to turn in my rental car, and by 6pm I was on my way back to Santa Monica in the car I just bought--because the keys are unique, I asked about the 2nd set, and Jake was immediately able to contact the original owner who indicated he would mail 2nd set--this was the only 'Due Item' on the purchase and I want to emphasize how after the purchase, Jake not only followed up on this key, but always returned my calls to keep me informed about its arrival -- to me this was a very important statement about this salesperson and this company -- they didn't just disappear after the sale. They followed up and made sure I had the 2nd key. "I was recently referred to J Star Motors by a very good friend of mine, so I went to their new location and was impressed to say the least at that their inventory. They certainly have some very nice vehicles and were very friendly and helpful. Their pricing was very competitive and I ended up purchasing a nice looking 7-series BMW. "I bought my new range Rover Oct. 10 2012 after looking for a month, almost purchased another car in so cal (I'm in Northern ca)after one more look I found J Star Motors. The Range Rover was exactly what I was looking for and then some! Jake my sales guy helped me over the phone with every detail since I was so far away I pretty much bought the car just from Jake's description, pics on the website, and his word and promise that I would love the car. Since I was flying there to buy it I had to take his word on how beautiful and well maintained the car was. He was awesome! He also did all the financing and got me a super low rate before I even got there, the other car place their interest was almost double. He was very patient, extremely helpful and easy to always get a hold of. His description was 100% accurate and he promised me I would love the car, he had me figured out fast! My car is the prettiest Range Rover I have ever seen! I was a little worried about the 24 in wheels being too showey for norcal but he was right and I couldnt be happier! Got used to them quick! The car looks brand new whoever had it before me has great taste from the asanti wheels to the perfect shade of window tint it was like custom made just for me. every one else's looks boring next to mine now. So thanks to whoever! Jake picked me up at airport in an awesome porsche and then to the bank and back to the beautiful showroom at J Star. I was there probably an hour just like Jake had said which was important to me because I had an 8hr drive home alone. I had a headlight issue which Jack in service handled and paid for($2000.00 at Land Rover dealership at home) with out any hesitations he was awesome told me not to worry that he would make me happy and take care of it. He was very nice to work with and super smart with all car related everything! Thanks to Jake and Jack my car buying experience was fun and no pressure like some other ones I had spoken with, they are still calling! J Stars has the prettiest and fanciest, most custom cars I have ever seen! Now that's Italian! I will do business with them again on my next car purchase fo show! The best car buying experience I have had by far! I trust them and they are super cool to work with and their cars are amazing!! This is only the second review I have ever written first one was to car guys I didn't buy from (felt bad) but they were also cool, but these guys deserved the time I spent writing this I called them a lot..and never acted annoyed lol. This car was less expensive even with the Asanti wheels, new tires and brakes then every other Range Rover that had the same mileage and same yr.and identical luxury package that I had looked at.
